The kids were thrilled to explore the enchanting castle grounds, feeling like little adventurers. They especially enjoyed discovering the hidden pathways and playing games of hide-and-seek among the trees. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat for our tired family after a long day of exploring. The homemade breakfast of fresh baked bread and delicious homemade jams was the perfect start to our mornings at the Chateau.
My wife says that it would have been even more perfect if there were more child-friendly activities available at the Chateau.

The Chateau Du Perray in Saint-Mars-du-Desert was like stepping into a fairytale. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, with its elegant decor and picturesque parkland. As a senior woman, I appreciated the peaceful ambiance and the gentle sounds of nature that surrounded the chateau. The staff made sure that the hotel was easily accessible for senior guests like myself, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
I would have loved to have more options for activities specifically tailored for senior guests. While the overall experience was wonderful, it would have been even better if there were more activities or amenities that catered to the needs and interests of older individuals.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful chateau in a secluded location. The staff were incredibly warm and kind, going above and beyond to make us happy. The architecture of the chateau was stunning, with lovely wooden panelling and high ceilings. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants for dinner by car and places we wanted to go. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast prepared for us was delicious, and the view from the chateau was breathtaking.
One negative aspect was the issue with the plumbing, but the owner promptly fixed it and even gave us a bottle of champagne as compensation.

The value for money at this beautiful chateau was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the animal park. The location was perfect, with a greenway for walking and cycling right behind the grounds. The staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.
The breakfast option could have been better with some additional choices.

We had a delightful romantic escape at this hotel. The surroundings were stunningly beautiful, with a large park area full of wildlife. The swimming pool, though a bit small, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, even delivering a lovely lunch by the pool. the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns and attractions.
While the chateau itself was majestic, the rooms were quite standard and didn't match the same level of grandeur. The bathrooms were also a bit cramped.

The chateau is beautiful and picturesque, offering a countryside getaway. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to make us happy. It was like stepping into a fairytale with its enchanting gardens and captivating animals. Our little ones were especially thrilled to visit the mini zoo and see adorable creatures up close. The kids couldn't contain their excitement as they fed the cute bunnies and playful goats. It was truly a magical experience that made our family trip extra special.
In my wife's opinion, having a small play area for kids would have been a valuable addition to the already wonderful amenities. While the stunning surroundings and friendly staff kept our children entertained, a designated space where our kids could have freely played and interacted with other young guests would have been beneficial.

The property is visually impressive and well-maintained. Breakfast is continental and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for exploring nearby towns and attractions. The presence of animals, such as wallabies and llamas, adds to the charm. A great place to relax and enjoy a break.

The Chateau Du Perray in Saint-Mars-du-Desert is a charming and picturesque hotel with beautiful surroundings. The database accurately described the automatic light in the bathroom, adding convenience to my stay. the provided information on the lack of curtains in one of the bathrooms allowed me to prepare for any discomfort.
While my stay at Chateau Du Perray was overall pleasant, there were a few minor drawbacks. The absence of communal areas, a kettle, fridge, and hairdryer, as mentioned in the database, made the hotel feel lacking in essential amenities for its high price.

Our little ones were delighted to discover a mini-farm with adorable animals, including kangaroos, horses, and deer. The kids couldn't contain their excitement as they interacted with the animals from a safe distance. The chateau's pool, though we couldn't use it due to the rain, looked so inviting and perfect for some family fun under the sun. There's no doubt that our children will cherish these memories forever. Thank you, Chateau Du Perray, for providing a magical experience for families!
For dads, it would be great if the chateau offered more indoor activity options for children during rainy days.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations in the chateau! The exquisite details and grandeur of the interiors truly made me feel like I was in a fairytale. The general areas of the hotel were also very charming and cozy, especially the lobby fireplace where I enjoyed sitting and reading a book. As a senior woman, I was pleased to find that the hotel was accessible and well-suited for people of my age. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay.
If there was one thing I would have liked to improve my vacation as a senior person, it would be to have more assistance from the children working there. While they were friendly, there were times when I needed a little extra support or guidance, especially when navigating through the property or carrying my luggage.
